Director for Mission Advancement & Partnership:

Nabs is a global nonprofit executive, organizational transformation strategist, certified life transformation coach, care-experienced advocate, author, and speaker. His work sits at the intersection of leadership transformation, mission advancement, donor and stakeholder engagement, organizational systems, cross-cultural partnerships, and child and family welfare reform.

As one of the first children rescued by the Child Rescue Centre (CRC) during Sierra Leone’s civil war, Nabs experienced firsthand the challenges of family separation and institutional care. After completing his undergraduate education, he returned to lead the organization where he grew up as Program Director. Under his leadership and alongside broader organizational efforts, CRC transitioned from a traditional orphanage model to a family-strengthening and reintegration approach, helping pioneer family-based care practices in Sierra Leone.
