Our Corporate Culture

Four Core Values and Five Mission Anchors Dictate Our Choices in Allies, Partnerships and Operations.

Our corporate culture is established through deeply held core values that apply to everything we think, say, and do.

We are a “Know Better, Do Better Organization” with a mission to Help Children Worldwide. We are a small NGO with a massive mission.

In order to accomplish a goal with a scope, breadth, and depth that exceeds the reach of our arms, we operate not from a position of control, but one of humble curiosity and connection. We operate through relationships and collaborations guided by 4 Core Values and 5 Mission Anchors.

Our Core Values are expressed as “radical” because our adherence to them is passionate, and they apply to everything we think, say, and do. We approach our work, with Radical Honesty, Radical Faith, Radical Courage, and Radical Collaboration.

Our mission is anchored in five ways to prevent mission creep, burn-out, overload, and failure. We evaluate proposed actions and decisions in light of the anchors of Being Financially Secure so that we may continue to operate and meet obligations and goals; Linking Resources to Needs so that we act wisely as a resource conduit rather than a resource generator; Empowering Local Leaders so that we recognize the right lanes of operation and responsibility for our alliances, leveraging local wisdom and connections, and balancing power dynamics; Focus on the Mission’s operational scope of programs that strengthen and empower families and communities to avoid mission creep; Leading the Way within the field of our expertise to keep us pushing forward at all times to reach our goal of helping children worldwide.
